OPERATIONS DISCLOSURE · 2026-07-19.2
What Careers does — and what it does not do.
This is a live product-status and data-use disclosure. Each section identifies the current capability, the data boundary, and the approval required before a controlled action can proceed.
- Active
Account access and security
Email-based account access and session-security events operate the Careers workspace.
- Data and boundary
- Email address, authentication/session-security events, and the minimum account context needed to keep the workspace secure.
- Consent or approval
- Signing in does not publish a profile, reveal identity, submit a candidate, accept terms, sign a contract, or move money.
- Active
Private candidate profile and résumé
A candidate can maintain private professional evidence and résumé material inside their own workspace.
- Data and boundary
- Candidate identity, contact details, work history, résumé material, skills, certifications, availability, and requested engagement terms are candidate-sensitive data.
- Consent or approval
- The candidate decides whether to save a private draft or separately authorize an identity-shielded marketplace projection. Original résumé material and direct contact are not released by that projection consent.
- Active
Account data requests and deletion
A signed-in candidate can request access, a copy, correction support, or deletion through their private profile.
- Data and boundary
- Requests are bound to the candidate account, recorded in the governed service workflow, and visible only to that account. Request status refreshes from the authoritative service record.
- Consent or approval
- Clinsentia retains information only for the disclosed purpose, the approved retention schedule, or an applicable legal obligation. A deletion request is verified and processed; eligible data is removed when completed, while minimum audit or legally required evidence may remain.
- Active
Identity-shielded marketplace
Signed-in recruiters can search only candidate-authorized, identity-shielded professional projections and record private interest.
- Data and boundary
- Recruiters receive selected professional evidence, broad region, work mode, engagement mode, rate band, and availability—not names, contact channels, exact employers, schools, documents, or original résumé text.
- Consent or approval
- Interest is not a submission, introduction, identity release, direct contact authorization, acceptance of a rate, contract, or payment authorization.
- Consent-gated
Live camera and microphone
A candidate may explicitly choose to connect browser camera and microphone to a short-lived Careers live room.
- Data and boundary
- Live media is transport-only. The application does not presently record, transcribe, score, persist, or send interview media to an external model provider.
- Consent or approval
- The candidate must acknowledge the live-media notice before connection and separately grant the browser camera/microphone permission. Leaving disconnects the room.
- Not enabled
Recording and transcription
Interview recording, transcription, voiceprints, emotion analysis, behavior analysis, and automated scoring are not enabled.
- Data and boundary
- No recording or transcript is currently collected, retained, or made available to recruiters, clients, or operators through this product.
- Consent or approval
- Before any future recording can start, every required human participant must receive a jurisdiction-specific notice and give separate, versioned, durable consent that identifies the purpose, data categories, storage location, access roles, retention period, deletion process, withdrawal path, and applicable legal-retention limits. Unsupported or unknown jurisdiction fails closed.
- Not enabled
AI interview agents and assistive AI
There are no live AI interview participants in the current Careers room; visual guides are disclosed interface artwork, not people or agents.
- Data and boundary
- Raw résumés, interview answers, names, contact details, recordings, and media do not enter DeepSeek. No system infers personality, emotion, honesty, protected traits, or employability from voice, face, or behavior.
- Consent or approval
- A future candidate-associated AI capability requires a purpose-specific durable consent event, approved provider agreement, cross-border review, enforceable retention/deletion terms, and privacy/employment-counsel approval. AI may never make a hiring decision, rank, reject, submit, bind terms, or move money.
- Separate approval required
Submissions, terms, contracts, and payment
The platform can organize work, but it does not autonomously create binding staffing or financial commitments.
- Data and boundary
- Private opportunity terms, interest events, and future contract/payment records are business-confidential and access-controlled.
- Consent or approval
- A candidate independently approves the exact right-to-represent and exact submission. The owner approves the exact commercial terms and exact submission. Each signer signs their own agreement. No automation may accept a rate, sign, charge, pay, or send a candidate without those actions.
- Not enabled
Automated outreach
The application does not currently send autonomous sales, recruiting, or voice outreach to leads, candidates, recruiters, clients, or clinicians.
- Data and boundary
- Existing lead data remains quarantined until provenance, lawful-use basis, source rights, suppression/opt-out status, retention, and channel consent are documented.
- Consent or approval
- Any future outreach must be source-backed, suppression-aware, consent-aware, reviewable, and human-authorized before sending. AI voice outreach is not enabled.
Participant choice and withdrawal
You may choose not to use an optional surface, stop a live session, request access, a copy, correction, or deletion through the governed service workflow, and withdraw a consent where available. Clinsentia retains information only for the disclosed purpose, the approved retention schedule, or an applicable legal obligation. Withdrawal stops new processing in that scope; a deletion request removes eligible data when completed but does not promise removal of narrowly required audit evidence, a legal hold, or an approved retention obligation.
Jurisdiction
Clinsentia Careers is operated by a New York C corporation, but incorporation location does not replace the rules applicable to participants and the interview context. The service does not infer a participant's jurisdiction from IP address. Any future recorded session must use a supported, participant-confirmed jurisdiction policy or remain unavailable.
