Clinsentia is an interoperability staffing partner. We source Epic, HL7, FHIR, interface engine and healthcare data work, and we keep your identity yours until you decide otherwise.

You apply to a role
Your résumé and contact details go to Clinsentia, and to nobody else. We publish the discipline, engagement, region and our own posted range — never the end client, and never the partner firm.

We match it to the requirement
Each posting is a live requirement from a partner we already work with. Titles are generalized and locations coarsened so a requirement cannot be traced back to its client from this board.

You approve the submission
Your identity is not released to anyone until you approve a specific submission. Declining costs you nothing and does not remove you from consideration for other roles.

Terms are agreed, then the client is named
Rate and duration are settled with you before the engagement is confirmed. You are employed by Clinsentia and placed with the partner delivering the work.
Identity, contact details and source materials stay shielded until a separately governed action permits a release. What the platform does and does not do today is written out in full on the operations page.
